The 8th Steering Committee Meeting of the Mahaweli Water Security Investment Program was held on 09.03.2021 under the patronage of the Secretary to the Ministry of Irrigation. This was attended by selected Ministry officials and program officers. Line ministry officials were connected through zoom technology.
Many issues of the project were resolved and a number of important proposals were put forward.
