Ongoing constructions in Minipe Anicut has been accelerated by the contractor following the instructions issued by the Secretary of, Ministry of Irrigation during his sudden filed visit. The strengthened workforce with four additional teams is being placed to expedited the rock blasting at the construction site in order to complete the project within the year 2021. These steps have been taken to continue the works even in the Covid 19 pandemic situation adhering to the health care guidelines issued by the Authorities.
